Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quotable Wisdom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Access to 500 quotes initially, unlocking up to 2,000 quotes over 9 months.

Annual Premium: $6.99/year for access to all 7,202 quotes and premium features.

Lifetime Premium: One-time payment of $19.99 for permanent access to all quotes and features.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly or request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The quotes in our collection are attributed to their original authors. The compilation, curation, categorization, and presentation of quotes is our intellectual property.

You may:

• Share individual quotes through the app's sharing features
• Use quotes for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our entire quote collection
• Use quotes for commercial purposes without proper attribution
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our database

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the App
• Share your subscription access with others
• Use automated systems to access the App

7. Accuracy of Quotes

While we strive for accuracy in quote attribution and text, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Quotes are curated from public sources and we make reasonable efforts to verify authenticity.

8. App Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIREH HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
